Rikki Rikki (Kirkland) and Wasabi Bistro (Belltown) come to mind. If you're looking for some cooked geoduck, I know that Elliot's Oyster House in Seattle serves it as an appetizer, though we weren't terribly impressed with the dish we had. If you make it down to Shelton, check out Xinh's Clam & Oyster House. She does many excellent things with geoduck!
