Ingredients

  • 4 geoduck clam necks
  • Flour for dredging
  • Salt & pepper
  • Butter & olive oil

Directions

1. Prepare the neck by cutting it open the long way and pounding with a meat tenderizer.

2. Dredge neck steak seasoned flour and pan-fry in a bit of butter and olive oil.
